The bubble is far away
Recent figures released by the Bank of Mauritius indicate that the real estate sector is singlehandedly sustaining the economy as far as Foreign Direct Investment is concerned: More than 90% of FDI during the first quarter of 2019 was directed to this sector. This trend is likely to continue during the year, thus making the real estate sector a strong pillar of our economy.
