Rushmore Business School: Quality education at your fingertips

Established in 2002, Rushmore Business School is an international private tertiary education institution located in Quatre-Bornes, Mauritius. 

With a strong focus on the generation, dissemination and application of knowledge, Rushmore Business School works in close collaboration with a number of international universities and awarding bodies to offer high quality British education to school leavers as well as people in employment. Rushmore’s aim is to be one of the leading business schools within the region and to make international degrees accessible to everybody. The business school aims to transfer its solutions to management problems through its students, research and consultancy services.

In 2012, the business school moved to its new campus comprising state of the art infrastructure and facilities including sports amenities and latest technology. In 2013, Rushmore Business School was granted sub-degree awarding status and is currently building up a reputation on the international scene in the field of research. In 2016, the school opened its branch campus at Mont Lubin in Rodrigues.

The Business School is fully accredited and all its courses have been approved by the Tertiary Education Commission and the Mauritius Qualifications Authority in Mauritius and the British Accreditation Council in the United Kingdom.

The following new courses are being introduced this September:

• BSc Hons Computer Forensics
• BSc Hons Safety Health and Environmental Management
• MSc in Network Systems Engineering

All of the courses take an innovative and interdisciplinary approach to learning and teaching and introduce students to the latest research in their areas. “Our excellent reputation for student support is based on high calibre academic faculty and the longstanding academic and professional experience of the founders at an international level. Courses are delivered in a way that relates theoretical concepts to the real world and by being more business oriented than their equivalents at many other tertiary institutions. Admission procedure 

Rushmore has three intakes per year: March, June and September. Students should fill in an application form. There is a panel assessing the eligibility of students to register on a particular programme. Thereafter, an official letter is sent to students notifying on the outcome of their application. Partial scholarships are given to students facing financial hardships.
