Road Safety to be observed this Monday

A Road Safety Day will be observed on Monday 23rd May in all primary schools in Mauritius and Rodrigues. Organized by Vivo Energy Mauritius, this event will be carried out with the support of the Ministry of Education and Human Resources. The Minister of Education Leela Devi-Dookhun Luchoomun, will thus be present at Renganaden Seeneevassen school on Monday where she will participate in a symbolic march along with students. In addition, five schools have been selected to organise a special program for the day. Les Salines school in Port Louis will also lead a symbolic march that will mobilize students, teachers, employees and the Managing Director of Vivo Energy Mauritius and the Minister of Education. This grand event will reach 105,000 students of the 323 public and private schools in Mauritius and Rodrigues.
