CFA Society Mauritius welcomes New Charter holders

It is the second year in a row that the CFA Society Mauritius has registered a 20% growth in the number of charter holders demonstrating the desire of young investment professionals to acquire the portable world class CFA designation and the pertinence of the same in the dynamic global financial eco-system.

Sorganaden Pillay Appavoo, Terry Cha Sow King, Mohammad Allyhim Damree, Parleshwar Sharma Doorgakant, Simon Jerome Harel, Shakeel Oopuddhye Jankee, Joseph Fabien Jeanne, Roodesh Muttylall, Louis Obiekwe Okechukwu, Koonul Udhai Putty, Ange Gregory Didier Soobaya and Michael Kelvyn Yap San Min received their prestigious CFA charter at the hands of the President’s Council Representative of the CFA Institute, Mrs.Lamees Al Baharna, CFA, who was also the Chief Guest for the occasion.

The President of the CFA Society Mauritius, Nousher Sait, CFA, congratulated the new charter recipients for this mile-stone that they had achieved and laid emphasis on the need for continuing their education to stay relevant in their field. He pointed out that the Charter exhorts them to be exemplary professionals and perpetual seekers of knowledge.
