1978 - A Teen Night Out est un film qui conte l'aventure d'un groupe de sept adolescents qui décident de visiter un studio pendant la nuit. L'histoire se passe en 1978. Ces jeunes mettent ainsi leur vie en danger dans un château hanté.

Le directeur Aziz Zee a opté pour un titre peu commun pour son film. ''I kept this title because I wasn’t getting a title for a suspense thriller as numerous films have come up. This title builds a sense of inquisitiveness amongst the audience. The whole film is a suspense thriller. We thought of numerous titles but it didn’t sound strong enough'', a dit le réalisateur.
